Each group will have to think through and decide on their way of working, e.g. number of meetings, time between them, what to do and in which order to address questions. Here we offer some advice based on the Groups we have run so far.
We have found that six bi-monthly meetings over the course of one year makes it possible to schedule all meeting before the start, enough time in between to prepare and lasts long enough to generate results.
We also suggest that the six meetings are staged in a sequence that facilitates the co-production of knowledge, and in this section of the web resource we provide suggestions for what each meeting may contain.
